Wonderful people/owners! Beautiful mansion en gîte. The gîte has a private and secluded patio. Beautiful surroundings and lots of lovely geese, ducks and chickens plus dog and cats. There is even the possibility to buy sweet wild home-made honey of the surroundings! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return soon. :)

Everything!! We have stayed here before and if anything, this time was even better. The beds were very comfortable. The location is fantastic and affords a magnificent view as well as tranquillity and Nature. My dogs love to run loose in the massive paddock and orchard that lead down to the river. We have use of a washing machine, and plenty of clothes line space. We were in La Petite Sirene which is slightly smaller than the now enlarged Four A Pain. We have to go up a flight of steps so it wouldn't be suitable for those with walking difficulties but Le Four A Pain is completely on the level. Once in La Petite Sirene, everything is on one level: huge bedroom, ample lounge/dining space and a kitchenette with a range of cooking facilities. There were adequate kitchen storage cupboards for our two week stay self-catering. Shower room is quite spacious with additional cupboards and the shower is easy to use and powerful. Lovely pool which is covered at night so the water is nicely warm by day; shared with just the other gite on site (Le Four A Pain) and the owners' family when they drop by. There is plenty of space for parking. The owners are on site and always more than happy to help in whatever way needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely apartment in a former factory that has been really well converted. Comfy beds (nice and firm), all on one level, which was great for our little boy, and well stocked. The location was fantastic - a free ferry just down the road takes you across to the beautiful La Bouille and there's a 20km completely off-road bike route into Rouen, much of which is alongside the Seine. Thoroughly recommend.

The property was conveniently located in what I could make out to be a beautiful village. It was dark and damp and my car had broken down, so I didn’t absorb too much of the surroundings. However, the property was amazing!! The accommodation itself was all and more than I could have hoped for. 5 stars all round!
