Quiet place, nice staff, Nessi experience, good restaurant

Great location, lovely hotel with beautiful food

downdown Drum. a man played bagpipe and there was a picnic area. I stayed in a very small but practical camping hut. Staff were nice and service minded. there is a laundry. there is a shared kitchen living room. No groceries right nearby but had to walk 800 m. perfect when hiking the Great Glen Way.

Old building full of history,nice garden,worm atmosphere

Amazing setting amazing breakfast, the whole experience was exceptional. A big thanks to Gabriel who kindly upgraded our 2 rooms free of charge and his suggestion....rooms had the most marvelous view of the loch that really made our stay truly memorable.

Off the beaten track and nice and quiet. Friendly welcome and helpful staff. Nice to have a full kitchen to use.

Fantastic accommodations close to the Highland games. Lots of amenities, made it comfortable to host a large family for the weekend.

Super comfortable and had everything we needed! My daughter LOVED the highland coo themed room with the bunk beds.

The property and surrounding areas are stunning just what you want to be looking at when you visit the highlands. The lodge was very cozy and had all of the basic things you would need during your stay. It was also very clean. The hosts are really nice people which made the experience even better. Totally recommend this place.

The location and views of the castle were spectacular! The house was clean and neat and had many nice amenities like a wood stove and beautiful back porch. We met Simon, one of the hosts, who was very friendly and willing to point out the local sights and walks.

This was a perfect place to stay when traveling with friends. We each had our own private bedroom with a private bathroom in each bedroom. The Hostess was very nice and helpful. The location was perfect for day visits to Culloden and Loch Ness. I would stay there again if I ever find myself in the area.

The hosts are very nice and care about their guests being comfortable. There were many little touches to make us feel welcome. I liked the signs directing us to the Heron's Rest, and using the What-3-Words app made locating the property easy. The place is well stocked with spices for cooking. We liked being so close to Glen Affric, a beautiful forest, and Urquhart castle.

Great house had everything you would need. Hosts were on hand if need be but we had everything we needed . Plenty of activities to book nearby and pubs bars etc. ample parking for a couple vehicles. House always stayed toastie warm.

The design of the room and the owner of the property are very friendly plus breakfast is super.
