Beautiful property in a gorgeous location!

Before I arrived, Duncan was seeing to every detail that could bring comfort and ease after a long day of travel. Upon arrival, he had arranged a platter with my food sensitivities in mind that was delivered to my room so I could settle in. Every detail from the comfort of the bed to the beauty of the color and art throughout the house, the warmth of the dining room, the views, calming and serene that surround the house has been considered. Craig and Duncan could not have been more attentive and charming throughout my stay. Breakfast and coffee alone is worth the visit. I was greeted one morning with a full English breakfast for me and a friend who'd come to visit. The next morning was just as good with a delicious omelette, yoghurt and berries. There are inviting sitting areas throughout and around the house good for working, socializing or reading. Taxis were arranged throughout my stay making it easy to go see things in the area and there is much to see and enjoy. The experience is unlike any I've had at an Inn or bed and breakfast. The stay at Kingsley House is something else that has its own category where attending to the traveler's interests and needs is priority within a most calming and beautiful environment.

We didn’t actually stay there as it was unworkable for us. We thought we were getting a place we could use as a base to come and go from, but it would have required numerous trips up or down winding, dark, one-lane roads. I can’t even imagine how dangerous this would be if it was raining at night. The mileages to services given in the listing did not accurately reflect actual driving distances or conditions. We would NOT have booked it if this was made clear in booking.com’s listing.

I loved the location, the look of the place, the rooms and the friendly nature of the staff.

We stayed at this hotel for our wedding night and had a lovely experience. Our room was beautiful, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after our special day. The spa facilities were very good and we really enjoyed using them, although we feel that certain areas could benefit from a little refresh and updating. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of food, and what really stood out was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

The location on the estate was stunning. We loved that the cottage came with tickets to the polo match. There is also a discount for golf.

Location was very central and the apartment was lovely.

Lovely bedrooms (we were two couples so we saw two), clean, great bathrooms (excellent water pressure in the shower) and a lovely location. The breakfast was wonderful, great options and big portions, and the staff looking after us were brilliant.

Very enjoyable stay and the surroundings were extremely interesting.Food was excellent and the service great would definitely choose to book in at the devil's punchbowl hotel again.

Such a comfy bed. Food amazing. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Nick was lovely and all the staff made us feel very welcome.

I stayed for a night on a business trip and I only leave reviews if exceptional or terrible (so i remember where to visit & avoid). The facilities are excellent, I really enjoyed the gym, it's massive with loads of very modern, well maintained equipment. I arrived quiet late, but managed to squeeze in food in the sports bar which was nice and the staff were brilliant, they even went over to the other bar to fetch me a guiness for paddy's day :) The room was great, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was also lovely, eggs were perfectly poached and the staff were very attentive. Really enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back on business in the area again soon!
