The pub was very welcoming, with friendly locals (and dog!), and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

They gave us a free upgrade even though we did not request on. Service,friendliness and welcome excellent.

The Bay Lodge was a wonderful experience on many levels! From the greeting by Clare the uber friendly owner who directed me to my really nice single room with a balcony and answered any and all questions that I had. The balcony was a nice touch even in January where I had a nice view of St. Michael's Mount. Bay lodge is very conveniently located, about a ten minute walk from the train station and town. The breakfast cooked up by Kevin was delicious and very filling. Clare was great to talk to about goings on in Penzance and the surrounding area; she even gave me a "Clare" map with suggestions of places to go. Clare and Kevin could not be more accommodating. I've stayed at a number of B&B's, but I must say The Bay Lodge is now my favorite.

Staff were exceptional! We are unfamiliar with the differences of holiday caravan stays vs. hotel stays, but the manager assisted us well!

The property was quaint and rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great location for us to be near our family in Relubbas plus it was also central to get to beaches and coves in the area. The accommodation was immaculate and had a nice little welcome pack of teas and coffee. Would highly recommend.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to ocean and tennis courts. Groceries nearby. Loved the Orangery and the Honey Pot!

Great location near the sea front. Breakfast was good too. Room was spacious. Bernard, the host, made sure that we had a great stay. He also made great recommendations for places to visit around the area.

Great location on the waterfront of Penzance and on the edge of the town for easy access to facilities, but also for a nice walk along the waterfront. Apartment was a decent size, particularly the bedroom and views were amazing. Lounge and kitchen all comfortable and fully equipped.

Many things. Owners responsive and accommodating. It’s quaint, well supplied for kitchen, super convenient to the train station and buses (across the street), plenty of shops around, 10-minute walk to Jubilee pool, car parking (although we didn’t need it… also across the street).

Convenient to the train and bus stations, spacious bedroom, lots of kitchenware if you wanted to prepare meals. We enjoyed Penzance and area.

Everything was clean and nicely decorated plus it was centrally located which made for easy exploration of the area. The hosts were very nice and prompt in response to requests.

The location was perfect, close to the train and bus station. The house its self was comfortable and had all the comforts of home. It was clean and we loved the welcome gift. It was a lovely touch and we were in need of a good cup of tea. We come to Penzance each year around this time and this is the perfect place to stay. We would definitely book again to stay here.

This house was in a great location. Aside from that important part of vacation, it was very roomy and had great character.

As a dog friendly apartment it was perfect. Everything you might need was there. Location was ideal too as very close to the railway station.
