Hotel in Penzance
Located by Penzance beach, and 5 minutes’ walk from the town center, The Queen's Hotel features a restaurant with views across Mount's Bay, St. The hotel has a great location and all the staff are friendly. I don’t usually sleep very well away when I’m away from home, but I have a lovey sleep here. I love looking at all the antique furniture dotted around and the hotel it is airy, with lots of space. I also like eating my evening meal and breakfast with the beautiful sea view.

The Union Hotel is in the center of Penzance. A 5-minute walk from the sea, the 17th-century building houses Hamilton’s Restaurant and also Nelson’s Bar, where there is free WiFi. We can't praise the staff enough. I have visited The Union twice in the last couple of months with my family and both times we have received a warm and friendly welcome. We love the dated old world decor and think you should never change it!

The Beach Club, Hotel Penzance, and Artist Residence Cornwall got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Penzance.
The town was lovely although a bit run down. The surrounding area was wonderful with many beautiful places to visit. Sometimes Cornwall doesn't seem to try hard enough to accommodate its visitors
Penzance is a small but interesting town. The surrounding area is however fascinating, lovely coves and beaches, wild moorland, mining history and some quaint villages. We didn't visit on this occasion but the Minack Theatre is wonderful. There are some really good eating places. We had delightful meals at both the Old Lifeboat Station in Penzance (opposite the harbour and near the dry dock) and the Old Coastguard Inn approaching Mousehole. Neither were cheap but the food at both was excellent, great ambience, too, and friendly staff. We were disappointed though with a meal at the Godolphin Arms (opposite St Michael's Mount); great views but a disappointing meal (and it was not cheap).
On our way to St Ives this stop was perfect, because the hotels in St Ives are much more expensive and it is not far to visit from Penzance. Also the isle of St. Michel is not very far from Penzance and very recomended to visit.
The main cornish town to get to Mousehole, Land's End, Sennen Cove, Porthcurno. St. Just, St. Ives, Marazion and St. Michael's Mount, and lots of other places. The Morrab Gardens in Penzance is worth visiting, the town also has a ferry terminal for The Isles of Scilly which can also be reached from the nearby Heliport.
Penzance offers many ways to enjoy yourself, from beaches, coastal walks, beautiful public gardens, great eating places, art galleries and a cinema. Not forgetting the spectacular St Michael's Mount. It is a busy working town, with fascinating winding alleys, old cottages and gracious Victorian streets. Also, it is a great centre from which to explore Cornwall with local and long distance buses.
It is a great place to make a base from which to tour all of that south and west coast. So many places are within 10 to15 miles - Lands End, The Lizard, Kinance Cove, lovely National Trust Gardens, Port Leven for the best Cornish Cream Tea at the Twisted Currant, Falmouth is only about 45 minutes away and is delightful. Mousehole and Newlyn a matter of a few miles.

The Summer House hotel is easy to find, has enough parking for its guests and is perfectly placed for a stay in Penzance. Trevor and Kirsten are the best hosts. Welcoming and helpful without being interfering. The rooms are very well setup, comfortable and have everything you could need. There is a lounge and a courtyard garden, unfortunately we didn’t really get the weather to enjoy the garden but maybe next time..
Really beautiful property with a bohemian look. Amazing patio, which seems to be a favourite hang out spot. Decor of the rooms and restaurant is super cool. Delicious cocktails, the clubhouse fizz is not be missed. We also had a great meal. The beer can chicken was so good. Also the hotel was super friendly with our dog. Definitely a great choice when in Penzance.

The self check-in was nice and easy. The hotel itself is quite cool as it's been converted from a large old house. Our top floor room had a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was very tasty and we even had enough left over to bring with us for lunch. Definitely a cute place to stay in Penzance!
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and the view over Penzance from its hillside perch were stunning. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The food in the hotel's restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and for breakfast.

Our hosts were exceptionally, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was superb, with a lot of variety. The room was perfect. The location was just right to access Penzance with parking right outside the property. Would definitely recommend and we will visit again.

They provide fans which is good since they don't have air conditioning and I was there during a heat wave. Breakfast was good and they were flexible about what was ordered. The hotel has good access to town and to the water.
