This was a little gem. Quite an old building with all the characteristics that you would expect. Great staff, very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Will definitely re-visit.

The staff were very friendly and had great breakfast in the morning. It's right in the town centre not far from the bus station where you can get anywhere. would recommend this hotel if you eat in Pizza Express, you get 20% off your bill when you show your key card.

    Lovely room and lots of really nice little extras, like pillow mist provided and ear plugs. Excellent breakfast and i think her name was Tammy and her little puppy called Milo were excellent hosts in the morning. Breakfast was so nice and really tasty. Excellent parking as we had van and trailer so plenty of room. Will definitely stay again if we are nearby.

    Easy to find. Great welcome, shown to our room not just pointed in direction of. Room good size for a one night stay, very comfortable. Good parking. Slept well, lovely and quiet. Breakfast was very good, in front of log fire. Would stay again

    I love Butcombe Brewery Inns! They never disappoint. The staff were friendly & welcoming. The room spacious, comfortable & quiet at night. Superb choice at breakfast including a delicious plant-based cooked breakfast. Tasty, hand-pulled Butcombe beers to accompany a wide selection of dishes on the Main Menu. Good, off-street parking. Excellent WIFI. Next time, I will bring my dog :-)
