Beautiful room very. Modern but exquisite decor. Convenient to the beach and taverns (a few steps away). The host, Kostas, was super, engaging, appreciative and helpful. We only stayed one night. Wish we had selected this located earlier. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

It is a beautiful spot. We arrived only a week and a bit after the flash flooding and it was really sobering to see the damage to the town. Laia is wonderful and her hospitality is outstanding. The most comfortable beds and pillows in our two weeks in Crete and the #1 shower.

We had a huge veranda on the top floor all to ourselves. It gave us a lovely view of Agia Pelagia. The pool was a fantastic treat! Perfect to relax & swim in after a day at the beach. Lovely hostess, Dora! Had a great visit!

First of all , the attention to detail was perfect. From care to decor or cleanliness to service. The staff were absolutely amazing, respectful, serviable and happy to help. The hotel was very nicely done. And truly the best service I’ve had in a hotel coming from someone who travels often. They will welcome you with a hand written letter with a bottle of champagne, and the night before leaving , a worker came by our room to give us a hand written letter along a goodbye gift and a lunchbox as we had to take an early flight missing the breakfast. The care put into this action is remarkable. I will definitely be coming back.

From the moment we got to Seaside Resort we were greeted by the most friendly staff, to the guys minding our bags to the ladies in reception, we couldn't have asked for a warmer and simpler check in process. We arrived early on our check in day and was kindly offered if we would like to avail of the buffet breakfast, this was not expected as we were arriving so early. We also got kindly upgraded to a fantastic room. The view from our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were only able to stay at the resort for two nights but we would love to return for a longer stay in the future! The food was very good with a good selection as the buffet. I didn't realise that the a la carte menus were an extra cost however I believe you are entitled to a meal if you stay seven nights. We did eat in one of the A La Carte Menus on one of our nights and it was really nice and the views are fantastic. We also need to mention the Gym Facilities, they are truly fantastic and the trainer was so friendly and accommodating! We also visited the spa for a massage on our stay which again was fabulous. We will definitely be back and will recommend to other friends visiting Crete

    The service and staff were great and helped us a lot. The facility is really close to the beach and a seaside promenade with many great restaurants. Free parking is available next to the property. The room was cleaned every day, and towels for the beach were provided.

    Beautiful and comfortable house. Extremely friendly and kind host. Very clean. Nice garden. Own parking lot. We booked house for 4 nights but it was so nice that we decided to stay one more week. Nice 8 min walk to beautiful beach and restaurants - there were many still open in the end of October. 25 mind drive to Heraklion.

    Very clean and beautiful with lots of plant, flowers and even lemon trees in the backyard. Excellent location with everything literally around the corner. Own parking lot, and Google maps navigates there very accurately. Breakfast was a positive surprise, better than ecpected. AC was included and worked great. Clean rooms, beds and sheets and very clean property overall.

    Few steps to the beach and the agia pelagia "strip". The Rooms with modern and appealing interior were renovated 2022. Marina is an excellent host and cares about each guest. Supermarket in the Building. Depending on which house side your balcony is placed, it can get a bit louder from time to time, because the road ends in a nearby parking lot. Overall enjoyed my stay a lot. Highly recommended.
