This is a beautiful,old, traditional house in a mountain village.Very spacious and well equipped with a large terrace that enjoys fabulous views across the countryside. Although the village itself is quite isolated,it is only 15 mins drive to ancient Lappa, which has tavernas, coffee spots, walks etc.Within 30-40 mins drive are a number of unspoilt beaches.

The house is very big, comfortable and well equipped. Although there aren't any stores nearby, it is conveniently located to go to all the beautiful beaches in the south and Rethymno. The owner was friendly, helpful and readily available for whatever we needed. I recommend for a large group of travelers.

A combination that creates a warm environment where you enjoy your stay winter and summer as the entire property is full air-conditioned and climate system that controls the temperature all the time to be perfect. The bedrooms have their own balcony with amazing view a big roof terrace where all the family can sit together and enjoy the amazing wild nature. Taverna Ilomanolis is very close 2minues just at the entrance of Kotsifu Gorge. The beach and plakias Village is just 10 minutes.

Amazing location, if you want to relax, stargaze or just stare into the mountain an sea views. It's also near plakias and rodakino beaches and frangocastello is also just 30 minutes away. The owners make you feel like home! We had a good time!
