the view, the cleanliness and friendly staff

The apartment was very easy to find, and we received all the information we needed immediately. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The apartment itself was great ,very clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location is also excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!

Remarkable hotel ! All the facilities were astonishing and well maintained. Two outdoor swimming pools, with a very nice bar, a great restaurant, and the staff - extraordinary people. Each and every one, from the receptionist to the life guard. Breakfast was top notch. Rooms are spotless. There is a lovely lounge with breathtaking sunset view.

Recently, our group of eight had to book a last-minute stay at Evegenia Villas due to a windstorm that delayed our ferry. What could have been a stressful situation turned into an unforgettable experience—it made our extra day in Santorini feel like heaven. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from town, offering stunning Mediterranean views along with peace and quiet in a thoughtfully decorated space. Every room reflected attention to detail and comfort. As beautiful as the property is, what truly made our stay special was the staff. The receptionist, her name is Antigona was incredibly patient and attentive, helping us coordinate our luggage and rooms, and even recommending the perfect sunset spot for dinner. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, organic, and absolutely delicious. (Not included with the room) And I’ve saved the best for last: Anna, a wonderful waitress, was exceptionally warm and attentive. She made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, anticipated our needs perfectly, and always had a smile on her face. She even helped capture beautiful photos of our group, making the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about this incredible place. We rented the best room they had at the highest point on the Caldaria that looked over all of Fira. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was incredible and made you feel right at home. We will definitely be back!!!!

Return booking to this place because we loved it so much

I stayed there for 3 nights alone . The room is very clean and big spacious. The owner is very helpful and kind. Their breakfast is very good too. Worth to stay there. I reached the bus station and walked slowly downhill to the hotel. I need to say thank you very much to the owner of the hotel for the leaving day, they drived me to the bus station. Recommend to stay there

Every member of the team was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made a real difference during our visit.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable apartment

Nice location and very good services

It was amazing, the room I book is so comfortable. The managers I met are extremely kind to me. I am a little bit sick and my leg was injured at the day I check out. They were willing to let me stay and rest. It warms my heart. I highly recommend who ever wants to travel at Santorini come here to enjoy!

Everything!!! The view, the location, the staff, the room, the breakfast! Loved it

Exceptional location in Fira. So convenient! Amazing service and staff. Great stay and we will go back!

Loved the location, building architecture and the hot tubs :)

This was such a gem. It was perfect for a family of 3, with two little ones. We absolutely loved the private patio with private mini pool/hot tub that was magically always the perfect temperature - refreshing when you needed to cool down, yet warm when it was a bit chilly. The staff was exceptional, incredible hospitality. Would come to Santorini just to stay at this place again!

The views are incredible, wonderful staff!!

Located in the heart of Fira with plenty of amenities close by. The hosts, Artemis and Cos were so welcoming and ready to provide plenty of recommendations for places to eat and visit, they couldn't have been accommodating. The daily vegan breakfasts were delicious and freshly prepared. Staying at Ethos has been one of the many highlights of our visit to Santorini. We highly recommend staying here for any vegans and non-vegans wishing to visit this beautiful island.
