The staff was super friendly and always willing to help with anything. The breakfasts were delicious and at night you can't miss the fireplace in the dining room which is perfect for a good wine, hot chocolate or coffee. The views of the lake with the volcanoes are spectacular at any time of day and the hotel is perfect for simply taking a break and enjoying what the day has to offer.

Hotel is nice, clean, has security cameras, bed was confortable, service is absolutely great, they provide towels & toiletries, coffee in the morning, not to close from the main street but very affordable plus has parking.

The grounds were exquisitely maintained and the decor and facilities inside were second to none. Everything about this stay was perfect- including the 3 adorable and sweet outdoor cats that spent time with us every morning as we enjoyed coffee in the garden. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and there is even a roof deck with a view that we were able to enjoy as we did a bit of exercise. The host truly pays attention to detail and even provided the most delicious Guatemalan coffee. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had on a short term rental and it could NOT have been more enjoyable.

The property is in a perfect location in town. Close to the waterfront and easy to find. Lots of restaurants close by and shopping. The staff was very helpful and wifi was great. Room was very clean, the shared bathroom was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Stayed one night then moved on to San Marcos.

    Great location, amazing view from the huge terrace and fantastic people. Not to mention the delicious freshly cooked breakfast! Private parking too. I'd add a hammock to the inviting terrace - for people who want to chill or have a nap outside.:) Keep up the god job!
