Very spacious and clean room with all amenities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The facility itself is located right on the beach, close to the city center. We are very happy with the stay and the hosts :)

The incredibly friendly host Albert met me at the airport to take me to the apartment, taking me on a brief guided tour of Zadar on the way there and pointing out all the best spots and restaurants! - on arrival, his wife Irena had baked fresh biscuits and they had picked me a bowl of fresh mandarins from their trees in the garden, which was an incredibly homely welcome. I had a glass of rakija with Albert once I had settled in, where he highlighted on a map all the local attractions I should check out, and the best routes to get there - having lived in the property his entire life, the local knowledge doesn't get much better! Upon departure, Albert very kindly drove me to the bus station, and was generally incredibly pleasant throughout - the room was very clean, kitchen facilities were great for cooking and there's a well-stocked supermarket right around the corner from the property. The peninsula where the property is situated is perfect for walking round and watching the sunset, I would highly recommend doing so! Left out of the property, left when you hit the beach and there's a fantastic outcrop where you can sit with a beer and enjoy the view - don't miss it!

The apartment was clean and very well made for check in. The location is superb , right next to the beach and has good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The old town is not so far with the bus or taxi.

Very friendly and super lovely hosts! The apartment is suitable for one or two people, had everything we needed inside the kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace. It was very clean and as soon as we asked for something extra (for example fresh towels, luggage space after checking out or even just information about Zadar in the beginning), the hosts made sure to make it work immediately. The terrace was one of our highlights, were we sat in the morning or evening and enjoyed the quiet area surrounding the apartment. The location of the apartment is very close by several beaches (Borik, Puntamika) and nearby are some great Beach Bars (Bamboo, Forty Bar) and restaurants (Punta, Famous Beach Bar Restaurant). Overall we would highly recommend this place and we would love to maybe come back some time in the future!

Location- very near a variety of beaches. Stylish, comfortable well equipped apartment. Fabio was very helpful. Air con worked well. Good outside space.
