Everything, from the moment we arrived, exceptional, friendly and efficient. The club floor is well worth the experience, nice room, high quality linens, love the bathroom and shower. The evening cocktails is superb, breakfast was plentiful with good variety and freshness. Love it and would definitely return soon. Staffs are friendly and polite and efficient. Thank you

Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and ABSOLUTELY amazingly friendly stuff. Generally one of THE best hotels I stayed so far. If ever come back to Surabaya I will definitely chose this hotel again. Amazing Lounge on 27th floor ( amazing design and great subsrb service ) . Pool at the roof with amazing views over city. The most amazing think about this hotel is way above beyond superb service.
