Breakfast was fabulous! The sunny breakfast room is nicely set up like a small cafe with a view through a large window. You can socialize with others if you want, or keep to yourselves. Our hostess was friendly, helpful and efficient. The location is a good central spot to explore the area. There's a large sitting room at the front of the house, with a fireplace, where it's nice to hang out, visit, read, plan your day or whatever.

Surprisingly amazing place: super clean, huge apartment!!, all the ameneties (dishwasher, wash machine etc). Super comfy beds! The view is amazing! Location is easy to find. It’s absolutely great. Great value for money for one night last minute on a road trip.

Where do I begin? From the minute we arrived until our departure the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful with any request or enquiry. Joanne and Deborah downloaded a bus timetable for us. We had beautiful cooked meals both nights. Christine went out of her way to come back in the evening to gift us a beautiful book of photographs of her home town, Derry. We met Karen, the proprietor, at breakfast the next morning and Sarah, the evening waitress, was also very pleasant. The bed was extremely comfortable, Lovely rain shower in the clean and elegant bathroom. We thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting the area.

    Caitriona kindly left us some welcome scones on arrival and her cottage is immaculately clean, well presented and fully equiped. Easy to find in the little village of Muff with plenty off road parking and easy connections to Derry and surrounding area. Plenty of local amenities to keep you fed and watered - had a very good Chinese carryout from Luck Star, a lovely Sunday dinner at the Red Door Country House in Fahan a short drive away, Squealing Pig pub was also an interesting experience!
