The best homestay in India I have stayed so far. The host, Mr. Manjunatha, is an exceptionally helpful and attentive person who does his best to make the stay comfortable. He even bought a bus ticket for me with his Indian phone number and kept me informed about my bus even after my departure from his house. His family prepares a home-made food that is wonderful. The facilities, the room, the private bathroom are well maintained and very clean. Definitely recommendable.

Very spacious rooms, green/lush environment with colors of plumerias. Staff is kind and helpful. Food is surprisingly good (and too many options) . Maybe a little bit outdated/old furniture but its clean.

our accommodation was large and luxurious. air conditioning, coffee and tea making. huge bathroom with complimentary soaps and toothbrush and paste. all the staff were helpful and polite. Heritage resort organised a taxi to pick us up from train station, we then used the taxi to visit the heritage sites around Badami, Riyo our driver waited for us while we did the tourist thing!! my husband wasn’t very well, the resort organised a visit from a local doctor then got the medication for us. They really looked after us. and the food was a very high standard.

From arranging prompt transport to supplying in-house meals, he anticipated and met our every need with a level of service that left a lasting impression. Rajpur's keen attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our stay. He not only addressed our requests promptly but also often anticipated our needs for the day's activities. His instrumental role in arranging our rock climbing guide, Ravi, deserves special mention. Ravi, the best guide we have ever employed, made our adventure in Badami truly unforgettable. In summary, Agastya Villa and its exceptional staff, particularly Rajpur, made our stay in Badami a highlight of our travels.
