The Ranch is located in the quiet outskirts of Anagni, on the flank of a relatively steep hill. The Ranch feels a bit like a theme park: on one side, this place really is a ranch, with actual horses; on the other side the whole structure is themed to USA Old-West atmosphere. The _whole_ structure: from the interiors decorations (horse saddles, Nevada matriculation plates, wall paintings, lighting fixtures,...), to the towels, doors, taps, door handles etc., to the rooftop decors! Quite remarkable, this is a location designed to be remembered. Nice and kind host. Abundant and good Italian-style breakfast, with coffee, milk, cakes.

Service was great. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the attention received by the buffet staff was outstanding.

Excellent B&B situated in a grand historic building. A couple of minutes walk from the Centro Storico. Park was easy and secure. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was actually the most comfortable bed we experienced on our trip! Breakfast was solid with yogurts, eggs, pastries, juices and coffee!). Best of all was our hosts. Ms. Maria welcomed us and showed us our room and amenities and Signor Alberto was at breakfast. He gave us a fascinating background of his family's history with the property. Anagni is a beautiful place to visit and we shall come again and absolutely stay at Novecento!

Charming accommodations, pools, fruit trees and restaurant and lovely hosts.

We cannot imagine better hosts than Alana and Joe or a more comfortable place to stay. Our suite was lovely and very well equipped, with ample storage space and a terrace with a beautiful view . Breakfasts were lavish, there were 2 honor bars, and we enjoyed dinners on site. On a rainy cold day, we, along with one of the house cats, spent a very pleasant afternoon in the lovely great room in front of a wood fire, following a trip to not-to-be-missed Anagni cathedral. (Note: Joe offers taxi service in and out of Anagni, as well as site-seeing tours in the surrounding region.) The Casale has lovely outdoor sitting areas as well, overlooking an olive orchard and, in the distance, hills and the city of Anagni. Many thanks to Joe for his help with our damaged rental car-- that service was truly above and beyond. We hope to return again soon!

Everything. Comfortable, clean, bright, spacious, friendly staff and fantastic location. Spa excellent too, we got a couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Perfect location to explore the very charming town of Agnagni! The owner was on hand to meet us to explain the rooms, breakfast, wifi, checkout. He’s super nice, friendly and accessible during the stay, though we didn’t need anything while we were there.

Fiuggi is divided into two areas, lower and upper. the Hotel is located in the lower Fiuggi, super central to all the main points, in primis next to the Terme di Fiuggi. Also 2min walk and you can get to the bus station and catch the local mini bus which with 1 euro takes to upper Fiuggi, on the borgo.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was tastefully decorated and had beautiful views of the vineyard. The swimming pool had the perfect setting, in the middle of their vineyard!!!! The restaurant had excellent food (we ate there every night of our stay!)
