The apartment was fantastic. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean and was in a convenient location. The kitchen was fully equipped and was able to cook there. The owner was very friendly and spoke English. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Very comfortable apartment. One room with a private bathroom with a tube , sink and toilet, second bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and bidet. In the kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine (not Nespresso compatible) and toaster. Enough utensils.. There is a washing machine outside of the apartment that all the apartments can use... and the drying rock. There is a nice pool, a ping pong table and trampoline. A lot of space outside the apartment for dining or chilling. For the summer 🌞 heat there is air conditioning in the living room (we opened there the sofa🛏️ as double bed, that was very comfortable). The heating is working in all the rooms for cold days. There is soap and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. Good internet, big Tv in the living room with Netflix and smart tv, enough sockets for charging phones.

I visit this wondrous palazzo time and time again. It is the essence of Italy - Timeless design, well thought out comfort, walkable location, warm and welcoming staff. Patrizia, the owner, is a beautiful force of nature, greeting guests personally, provisioning the linen cupboards with exquisite vintage pieces, and filling the rooms with tasteful and cozy furnishings. The agriturismo is in a lovely, peaceful setting, with a beautiful pool and other amenities. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and very spacious. We only had breakfast but found the meal quite nice.

    We were made to feel very welcome and our host was so kind and helpful and concerned we were comfortable and happy. We were greeted with smiles and very efficient to ensure we had a car parking space right by the front door as possible. Loved the building and surrounding area and the friendliness from everyone. So clean and slept extremely well. Nothing was a problem and the host was helpful in finding us secure parking while we were visiting Rome.
