Perfect stay: great location ; huge room ; all amenities ; beautiful spa area.

Me and my wife have travelled to many different continents, countries, and cities. We've also stayed at plenty of five star hotels. However - this is the only hotel, which has blown our expectations across the board for EVERYTHING. Breakfast, Service, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness, the amentities, the views - everything is absolutely immaculate. There were no flaws to note about for the hotel. The hotel literally made the our trip what it is (even though we snowboardde in the dolomites, that was cool too)

Everything was super amazing I wished I have more time, next time for sure. The place was running by a family, a sweetheart ladies a mother and her daughters. They were super nice super friendly and hospitality on point. They will make sure you feel comfortable 100%. And the location is perfect just 2 min from a bus station which will take you to all the places. 30 minutes by bus to the 2000 Merano cable car 😍

Very friendly staff, she did an excellent job responding to various questions/requests and really appreciated my time here. The property is gorgeous, the views outside the window just breathtaking

This place is amazing! I highly recommend it. The owners are actually there, spending time with guests and sharing the best recommendations with such a warm and genuine attitude. That really made a huge difference in our experience and made our stay feel so personal. We also loved enjoying the sauna and spa — the perfect way to relax after exploring Merano. We absolutely loved our stay!

Loved the neighborhood and surrounding area. Also thought the food was fantastic and we are fussy.

A true luxury spa best utilized by those interested in more than a whirlpool and sauna though those were quite nice. This spa offers all the latest in treatments and exceptional quality food all provided by professional and courteous staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful views of the mountains and the villa gardens. Situated a short 30 min walk to Merano’s city center we enjoyed our walks into the city and the surrounding hillside. If I had to be critical I’d say the pool temp could have been 1 degree (C) warmer, the steam sauna could have been steamier and maybe add a cold room to the spa. Two nights was too short.

Location and not a typical hotel layout

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The view is incredible, and everything is super clean. The jacuzzi on the terrace of our room was absolutely amazing. The suite was huge, and the shower had a Turkish bath style, which was a great touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We didn’t get the chance to try dinner as we were out, but the spa was fantastic, with different types of sauna rooms. They also have a beauty salon, and the gym is good enough for a quick workout with a beautiful view.
