Everything was perfect, the room ans toilet is beautiful. It was easy to find the location and we have got clear instructions from the host about self check-in because we uave arrived late in the evening. There is also opportu ity to park your car in a private parking lot. It has an additional fee but it worths every penny around here if you can get such a parking opportunity. No stress fro finding a free parking lot and figuring out for how long you can leave your car there and how much that would cost etc... Communication with the host was suoer easy and smooth. We even met him when we left and he is a very cool, kind and hospital guy. We can highly recommend this room for any couple if you plan to stay in La Spezia.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Florida Lerici! We had an excellent stay at Hotel Florida Lerici! The location is fantastic, directly across the street from the beach, with beautiful views of the water. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our visit. Check-in was smooth, and they were especially helpful in assisting me with parking our vehicle in the private garage we had reserved. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the morning staff provided outstanding service, checking on us several times to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. When we return to Italy, we will certainly make Lerici and Hotel Florida Lerici part of our travels again. Highly recommended!

The host waa amazing, was very easy to reach and answerd everything really quickly, helped us find parking really close and free , guided us how to find the room very clearly. The room was beautiful and clean and big. The location is close to the train (about 10 minutes walk)

I stayed there for a night with my family. The nuns were very kind and let us park the car in the morning and gave us the room key even dough the check in was after 3 PM. We were able to enjoy a full day in Cinque Terre and return almost at midnight for a good night sleep.

Location was perfect! All the food was delicious. The hosts were fabulous. They treated us like royalty! The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotless. Loved the modern touches, especially in the bathroom... That shower! Again, we can't overstate how gracious the hosts were!

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed and for this time with my family. Cristiano and all the others are very helpful and understanding. Clean installation and the building is up on a mountain with a beautiful view and peaceful. For whoever wants to go to Cinque Terre this is a great option, right close to the hostel there’s a bus which takes you to Riomaggiore and from there on. Once again thank you, Cristiano.

The room and the facilities looked new. The view from the room was gorgeous. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and provided all the information guests needed. If you go to the property by car, you just need to trust Google Maps, and you will reach your destination in the end ;) Overall, I'd highly recommend this property - 10/10.

This large apartment is perfectly situated to visit La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, the nearby islands and the many medieval villages in the countryside. The apartment’s 2 AC units, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and oven helped make our stay very enjoyable. Being able to park for free within a short distance from the apartment was also very convenient. We would gladly return for an additional stay.
