By that I mean the accommodations are simple and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to shower including a really big towel. The beds are very comfortable and feel new with no sag. Even the sheets are crisp 100% cotton. A rare find. Don't let the simplicity deter you. The hotel is very quiet. Parking is very safe and offered good shade on a hot day. My small dog was welcomed and also enjoyed a good night's sleep. Great cappuccino in the morning. ☕️

This is an enchanting Italian villa. Gorgeous, stylish furnature, with marble floors, beautiful art, and amazing common spaces. I wish I could have stayed longer since I was going to the airport the next day. A beautiful, spacious garden surrounds the house. Breakfast was fantastic - versatile menu and very tasty. I will stay there again, next time I am in the area. The hosts were very polite and interesting.

Great business hotel. Close to the airport but not so close it’s noisy. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Happy hour with free snacks in the afternoon. Barkeep makes a great Negroni. Great value.

The weather is very hot and dry for people coming from South East Asia on July 2026. Perhaps we just need extra effort preparation to get use to the climate change. First time for me to stay outside the city out of 6 visits to ROME. The hotel take about Euro 22 to got Vatican city or Euro 45 back and forth. UBER is easy to book in ROME and ROME have traffic in the morning as usual.

The woman in the bar who handles the check in was very kind and efficient. I didn't have breakfast as I had plans to meet a friend, but it looked like a very popular local place that had good coffee. Free parking at a Rome metro hotel.
