This was the best hotel of our trip. The staff is fantastic and really nice (a family owns the palace), and the apartment we stayed in was way above our expectations. Each room had been tastefully decorated. The showers and bathrooms were all brand new, the bedrooms were very comfortable. We had lots of space to spread out as a big family. The Herculaneum ruins are only a 10-15 min walk. And they have ample parking for cars. The outdoor terrace looked wonderful and would have likely gotten more use from us had the weather been warmer.

Everything was perfect! A very welcoming and charming old villa with a beautiful garden. The location was great, very close to Ercolano station. The house is equipped with everything you'd need during your stay. Francesca is one of the warmest hosts I have come across in a while. Will visit again if I get a chance!

This location is perfect for visiting Herculaneum. 5 minute walk to the entrance. If you want a real taste of Italy without all the tourist trappings, this is a great place to come. The real gem of the place is Lucretia: she went above and beyond. Drove me to an on call doctor’s clinic and stayed with me to help, drove us to the train station after allowing us to leave our bags in the suite until after our tour was over. And had warm pastries and coffee delivered to our door at our selected time for breakfast. Amazing!

Everything was great: parking at the accommodation, cleanliness, all utilities like Smart TV, AC, etc. The welcome was very warm, and we thank them for that. After a long day exploring Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, we were so happy to find this lovely villa! It was very easy to reach, and the warm welcome with coffee and refreshing drinks was just what we needed. We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool – that’s actually why we chose this place, and it did not disappoint. Francesco was incredibly kind and helpful. There is a great nearby restaurant with excellent pizzas. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

    ATTENTION, the reception for "Ruins B&B" is the same as "Hotel Herculaneum". car parking is 400m/5min walk from the hotel, in the street "Via Plinio" (right next to "Golden Mile B&B"). The hotel is right across from the entrance to Herculaneum (interesting, we were there for over 3 hours). 600m walk to the train stop to Naples (nice city). Receptionist helpful, nice, speaks perfect English. the room is nice, stylish, clean, comfortable

    Quiet location with amazing views of the sea and islands. Bedroom well appointed with comfortable bed and nice linens. Shower has good water pressure. Bedroom large and has good air conditioning. Lovely breakfast with cereal, yoghurt, fruits, cold meat , cheese ,eggs and love,y cakes…something for everyone. Covered secure parking and remote key to open the gate. The owner is a great communicator who knows his locality and takes time to help you put an itinerary together to explore the area. Roby is an exceptional host.

    it has a very convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the spectacular sites of Herculaneum, which is also strategic for those who, like us, travel by car and need quick access to the southern area of Naples, without having to contend with the city's parking difficulties . The B&B has no parking of its own, but a convenient and spacious free public car park a few hundred metres away . Breakfast is average, in line with Italian standards. The owner is very kind and extremely helpful.

    Great sea and pool view from the room. Really big pool with sea water. Showers next to it. The parking lot for your car also has electric car chargers. Really nice stuff in registration and in restaurant. Comfortable bed. I have even searched where to buy the same mattress for home.

    The location is the outskirt of Naples; you need to have a car to reach the train station and then pick up the train to Naples or drive and park to Naples. The location is convenient for exploring Herculaneum and drive to Vesuvius. The property has free parking which was great and very easy and secure. The property is nice and large with air-conditioning. It is overlooking a busy street but again you are in Naples everything is busy. I do recommend this property if you have a car.

    Giuliani was a great host and gave us all the information we needed. The free parking is in a fenced lot about a block away, across from the fruit stand that owns the parking lot. Everything was very nice and easy to access. It is a beautiful apartment. The bedroom, bathroom, and living/kitchen area were all wonderful. The BnB Eracle is in a great location for visiting Herculaneum, Pompeii, and Mt. Vesuvius.

    We had a small but cute and cozy room in a beautiful old villa, which had a free parking lot right across the street and an (original) elevator - both a rarity on our trip across Italy. There is a terrace breakfast with a spectacular view of Vesuvius and Napoli bay, and all the staff were also super kind and helpful as well. Overall a great quick stay on the way.
