Hotels with Parking in Modica

Cleanliness, efficient and welcoming staff. Great breakfast!

Typical breakfast which was fine as I'm not a big breakfast type. Room was great. Even though it was on the main road it was still quiet inside. Staff was great. Location was great. Away from the crowded/noisy area of town but an easy walk or short drive. Private parking was exceptional and well appreciated.

Clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is pet friendly which was a plus since we were travelling with our little dog. I recommend 100%

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast room had some great rainbow prisms that added additional beauty to the room (pictures below). The artwork was a pleasure to see. There are A LOT of steps going down to the main road, but the views of the town and church (from the top and bottom) were incredible. The staff were great, the room were very unique, and it was a great location.

Beautiful views! Peaceful, quiet location with each room having a separate entrance. Nice, comfortable dining area where you can meet and have conversations with other guests. Laundry facilities.

Nice pool. Great facility. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

It is within walking distance from the train station. The hotel staff are helpful and speak adequate English. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast is good!

Very big rooms and very clean with all necessities

Wonderful host. Beautiful small B&b. Great breakfast.

This place never fails to impress. Beautifully decorated and deserves a 4 star ⭐ if not 5 ! Excellent breakfast , minimalist , quiet , great parking. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommendable.

Clean, comfortable, friendly check-in. I appreciated that they let me check in early.

beautiful place! excellent location and very friendly host. the view is stunning

Beautiful facility - small house with 5 bedrooms. Gorgeous sunny breakfast room with great choice of food and lovely attendant. Lovely gardens set back from the road.

This property amazing! We got there on a special celebration day in modica so it was very noisy with fireworks… till 1am !! But the view is extraordinary! To stay here and at Matera the views were remarkable Can’t believe the value ! I love Sicily and this place was fantastic!

The location was amazingly close and an easy walk around Modica. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. After ten days, it felt quite homey! The cave shower was huge and a hoot with almost instant hot water. The owner responded very fast to my few questions.

Very spacious - much larger than the pictures represent. Guiseppe did a great job orienting us on the stove, washing machine, garage, everything we needed to know for our stay. We did cook while there and the induction stove was awesome. Guiseppe also checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The linens were clean and comfortable. Great location for walking around the Modica Bassa area.

Fully equiped appartnent, perfect location, very nice and helpfull owners.

Our stay was wonderful in the beautiful city of Modica. Location was great, and apartment was very clean and smelled great! Shower was beautiful with great water pressure and hot water. Would definitely stay here again. Parking spot was great!

The location and view was very good! The vintage decor was nice. Host was very considerate and drove our luggage to our apartment because our car would not fit.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and functional. It’s beautifully furnished and also very practical. And the shower works well and is spacious. I also appreciate it the host kindness and hospitality. He is responsive and goes out of his way to make check in easy. Bing right in the heart of Modica, the location is wonderful, and of course that means there are some stairs involved but less than usual for Modica. I can’t wait to return.

Exceptional location and decor, the apartment is filled with quirky artworks. The owner is responsive and a great help in sharing her best addresses in town.
