Lush surroundings and beautiful views on the area from the pool and breakfast areas. Beds and pillows are very comfortable in my opinion, and everything is well looked after. Pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds, chairs, tables etc. Mosquito screens everywhere enhance likelihood of a good night's sleep - absolute necessity in such a lush area but in my experience not a given. The rooms have no fridge for your beverages etc., but your room has a dedicated shelf n the fridge in the B&B's central kitchen (bit of a quirky access through the service elevator). The B&B is right outside the sleepy village of Castel Trosino (just a 5 minute walk), from the castle you can enjoy stunning views on the valley. The village also has one of the best restaurants you will ever visit in Italy - you dine in an amazing location and enjoy honest regional food cooked by nona (at very affordable prices). Highly recommended! The center of Ascoli Piceno is a mere 15 minutes away on a winding road - it is in very good condition though. Finally, the B&B's manager (Marco) is amazing, very warm and always available on whatsapp or in person to address any needs or questions. Grazie Marco!

We really enjoyed the castle. The dinner and tour were wonderful. Staff was very friendly. It was a wonderful experience for our family. The atrium and music really added to the nice experience.

Gorgeous old property on the river very close to downtown. It’s also very peaceful, the thick stone walls block out any noise from outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had savory and sweet options. We decided to make the drive directly from the airport and arrival one night early and they were totally accommodating and let us in in the middle of the night!
