Location is good, 20 away from San giminiano. For the price is very good for the area. It has private parking inside the property. Excellent restaurant nearby.

Everything was super nice at Villa Luisa. Me, my husband and my little son had a wonderful time. The host Emiliano was very welcoming. Thank you and your wife Claudia for the welcoming cake and wine and the groceries. The house has everything needed and it's very clean. It's a very nice and strategic location too for visiting Toscana. We felt like we were at our house. Definitely a place to revisit.

There was nothing to not like about this property. The location and view was picture perfect, breathtaking! The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, they even cooked us pizza one night for dinner. The tiramisu was the best we have ever had! We can’t thank you enough Metallo family, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Nerbona,the appartment was great,has no AC but since the house is made of stones it is cool inside,the welcome basket had everything for the start (vinegar,oil, salt,sugar,milk,juice,marmelade, water,...),the swimming pool is really big and the property is beautiful. It is close to San Gimignano and Volterra,which I think are the MUST to see.I have nothing to complain.The girls at the reception are kind and they advise you what to see and do in Tuscany. You can rent bikes,play table tennis,they have toys for the kids,...If you are thinking about visiting Tuscany,don't hesitate and just make the reservation here.You will have the best time.

The farmhouse is so peaceful! We loved the rural location, the sunsets, the little table outside our apartment, and the pool. We felt like it was our home for 4 days. :) Silvia was so sweet and accommodating, as were the owners. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working for much of our time there, but the owners offered to let us use their Wi-Fi as needed.
