Everything about this property exceeds our expectations! From the photos, to the size of the property, and even the outdoor area; everything about Nonna Elvira speaks the amount of care and attention that was put into restoring and curating this space. As a couple, we had more than enough space and it really helped to have two bathrooms and an outdoor space. The check-in was easy. We were met by the hosts once we got into town and were given a nice tour of the property. Throughout our stay, they sent us messages recommending local places around the lower Salento area. Really friendly and hospitable hosts.

The accommodation was breathtaking. Both inside and outside. The garden is really beautiful and has a lovely pool. Also the owners are mega friendly and a delicious full breakfast was provided every morning. We also received many tips from them for various restaurants in the area. Otranto is not far from the accommodation and is a very nice town. Definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic stay with hosts who are very friendly and generous! We loved the pool area and the breakfast provided was so varied and full of fresh and yummy food. Sylvia was happy for us to take any leftover food for lunch so we ate very well during our stay. The room and facilities were clean and well-presented and the garden was an oasis of calm. We would love to come back one day! The location is good to reach beaches and larger towns but Minervino de Lecce has at least 4 decent restaurants that you can easily walk to of an evening.

We loved about the property the well maintained common areas and the beautiful garden with the small but refreshing swimming pool that is equipped with hydro massage. The terrace where to take the sun after a refreshing bath was also really enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned, large, and with everything needed. We particularly appreciated the simple but at the same time elegant and authentic Salentinian style of the rooms, that made the overall stay really unique. Finally, you can really appreciate the history of the place, and its beautiful “granai”. Special thanks to the owners Tommaso and Renata that made our stay authentic and were always there for a nice talk and to suggest new places and restaurant to explore.
