Everything was perfect, there are many good things to say about our stay here. It seems it is newly built but loved every attention to detail. It had every facility that we required, in fact it exceeded our expectations. We felt like home, everything was there. Fully equipped kitchen, everything we needed was there. Room was super clean and tidy so as the bathroom area. We were greeted by such a lovely lady(host) and her grandson at the parking to guide us to the room. Exceptional and secure.

The best hosts that we have encountered in all our travels. They were always available and very responsive, they even received us even though we had reached quite late. After having checked-out we had a very bad experience at one of the parking near Varenna and didn't know how to communicate with the Police. Luciana and her husband made themselves available for us at a moment's notice and really took care of us like family. They stayed by our side keeping all their engagements unattended till we felt secure. All I can say is we arrived as guests and left as family. As for the apartment, it is very spic and span and has all the amenities one can think of. It has two full fledged bathrooms that allowed us (a group of 5 adults) to get ready quickly. The apartment was very spacious and looks even better than the photos. A car can be parked in a garage downstairs which keeps the car quite safe. There are 2 ACs in the apartment and this helps during hot summer nights. There is a lake at a walking distance from the apartments which makes for a nice morning walk.

The host was very helpful and kind, it was easy to communicate with him and he also gave us recommendations which places to visit.The apartment was very clean and new.It was not hot in the apartment during the night.The location is amazing as you can walk to the lake and it is located very close to the centre.I would higly recommend this apartment.

The host is very helpful and kind, he showed and explained everything, recommended places to visit and great places to eat. The apartment is clean, tidy, nicely furnished. Nice balcony with a view, it's a shame we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather. Parking space in the closed area of ​​the house. The railway station is nearby, so it is convenient to get around without a car.

The apartment is quite spacious and very comfortable. We were only there for two nights and did not use the kitchen, but it was very well-equipped. We loved the huge balcony/terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Although it is near a busy street and train tracks, it was very quiet.

I visited Lake Como with my family this summer and we were looking for a nice place to stay for two nights, so we chose this flat by the good reviews and nice photos that were in the description. Beside the fact that the flat wasn't how we expected, the host was really friendly and helpful. It was very easy to get in touch with him and he was opened to our requests( it was very hot, no AC at the property, but he brought us some fans).
