This hotel is very literally in one of the coolest places. The drive down is not for the faint of heart but the view is spectacular! We were able to watch the sunset from our room. They gave us a free upgrade to a better room and all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They helped us book a hike with a guide and everything was smooth and fun.

This place in Dana is a MUST VISIT in Jordan! We stayed at many hotels including 5 stars resorts, but nothing beats this place! Dana luxury hut was the main highlight of our Jordan trip! First of all, Dana luxury hut is situated in a very beautiful valley, the scenic drive to the hut is also an experience on its own. Second of all: The owner and his family are the friendliest and kindest people we met in Jordan. The moment we arrived at the hut, we got warmly welcomed, provided a valet service to park our car, the owner helped us carry our luggages, and when we were showed to our room we knew right away this was going to be an amazing experience: the view is simply breathtaking from the room, you can watch the sunset from the balcony, the room has nice private bathroom with hot water, fast wifi, clean towels, very comfort bed, and a heater if you come during winter / a fan if you come during summer. I highly recommend to take both dinner and breakfast package as the food prepared was amazing! Lastly, the best experience during our stay was the morning hike activity, we took the 3hrs short trail to the mountain with a very amazing and funny guide, it started 8.30am after the breakfast and we were safely guided to see the beautiful valleys, rocks, plantation , complete with bedouin tea experience. WE LOVED IT! We left the place with heavy heart because we felt like we found good friends as the family of the owner really treat us like their family. This family-owned hotel opened in 2023, and the guys did a fantastic job. Comparing other facilities in Dana, this is a 5* luxury hotel. They offer homemade meals, thanks to Sale's mother. The Wi-Fi connection could be better, but if you choose this mountain lounge, you choose wild nature with no connection to the rest of the world. You won't find better accommodation around Dana.

This is literally the house of waleed’s grandfather in the old village of Dana, which he renovated as a small hotel. The generosity and hospitality and warmth of the family is what makes it so special — I stayed only one night but left with so many wonderful memories. I speak some Arabic, so my particular experience may have been extra special—but I feel like anyone with a heart will feel at home. My day in Dana was honestly the highlight of my time in Jordan—not as flashy as Petra or wadi rum, but absolutely stunning and full of genuine and wonderful people. It is rustic — so if you really need a modern style hotel, this is not your place. But it was cozy and comfortable and warm and wonderful; what more could I hope for?

For a one-night stop in Dana this is a perfectly good budget option. I informed the staff that I planned to leave at about 7 am, and they kindly agreed to serve breakfast earlier than usual. Actually, I was ready to leave about 6:30, and they still prepared a simple but adequate breakfast for me. Much appreciated!

The property is in great condition, and the owner Ramzi is very accommodating and friendly. It is brand new with a rooftop and dining area. The food there is also really delicious and comes from local farmers. Definitely recommend this place!

Dana Sunset Eco Camp is a fantastic accommodation close to Dana. We arrived a bit late and the Host was super nice and spoke good English. Because he worked in tourism for a while he was able to give us great advice about where to hike and what other spots to visit in and around Dana. We had a delicious dinner and slept well in the quiet and cozy cabins. The next morning we were able to enjoy the view over the mountains stretching out in all directions and had an amazing breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I recommend it to anyone else. I will definitely be coming back.
