The place and the scenery was fabulous, with the mountains and river all in one view it's really wonderful, the onsen was also good and the restaurant they have provided great food. Highly recommended if you got time to get out of the busy life

Our room with a view of the harbor was awesome! Nice entry way, large seating/sofa area with TV was great. The beds were comfortable and enough away from the seating area that made it very pleasant. The large bathroom was just as awesome. It was very neat and clean. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, but the assortment of umeboshi made it great. We weren’t planning to go to the amusement park, but it was very kind of the hotel to let us know it would be closed on the day of our visit.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. the facilities were super clean and there were free bike rentals which was amazing! Towels were included and there were enough showers. The only thing was the lack of a communal space but it wasnt too bad. The location was really good (20min walk to Wakayama JR station or theres a bus that takes you there) and there were many restaurants and shops in the area. There is a convenience store right beside the hostel.

Wonderful countryside stay, in traditional Japanese home with all you need to feel like a local. We loved to play vintage nintendo arcade games and cook with local ingredients. It’s a remote location, easily reachable if you are driving. It is a convenient stop over in between Koyasan and Kumano kodo.
