The house was in a fantastic, quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to the train station, pharmacy, 7-11, and Family Mart. Less than a 10 minute walk from a Don Quiote and about a 30 min train ride to downtown Tokyo We traveled with 5 people. The house had plenty of privacy for all of us while providing a clean and relaxing environment. The property owner was kind and welcoming and walked us through all the necessary routines to set up our stay. If I come back to the area, I would definitely re-book this property.

I really love how the staffs are so friendly. I really liked how the check in and checking out process is smooth where you can do it yourself or check in w/ the hotel front desk staffs. The building can use a little bit of update w/ the bed other appliances but I couldnt complain. Our stay was pleasant and I love their is a shuttle bus that guests can use to go to the train station. Also super love the free breakfast!!!

The property was conveniently located near a train station and was very easy to access all train lines from skytree oshiage station just 1 stop away from our station, it has everything that you could possibly need for a big group to stay comfortable for the whole duration of our stay, we were able to cook and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and family mart was just around the corner plus local supermarket that practically has everything... Aside from a small issue of AC on one bedroom at the ground floor everything else was perfect... The room on the ground floor perfect for elderly people like my mom who can no longer climb stairs... Plus the property owner was very quick to response on all our queries... Will definitely recommend this property to any big group... It's simply PERFECT... I LOVE THE HOUSE...

    I liked everything accept for no parking, I know that they had parking in paid parking with a shuttle available, but I had a friend staying that needed medical attention and it was not a fast trip to get the shuttle to my car to go and get things. Other than that, it was great.
