CanadaWe are a family of 4 stayed at Iris house for a week. Very convenient location, otsuka station which is on Yamanote line is just 3-5 min walk away. Shinjuku, ikebukuro, akihabara are just few stations away. House is in a quiet location yet so accessible to shops and restaurants. Seven eleven, groceries, McDonald’s and many cafes within walking distance. Property is clean and well managed with everything one may need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone. Iris was very helpful, easily reachable and provide recommendations.

MongoliaOur family of six stayed in the Sakura house for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Akabane metro station. The house was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people , which made our stay especially pleasant. The owner lady was extremely kind and helpful, promptly answering all our questions and assisting with our airport transfer by arranging a very comfortable vehicle and excellent driver. We were very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend this cozy house to anyone traveling with family or friends. Thank you very much.

Excellent hotel — everything feels new, from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures. It’s clear the property is well maintained. We really liked the location — right next to both a metro station and a JR train line. Nearby there’s an area with a huge variety of places to eat at very good prices (we didn’t find better deals anywhere else). There are also several large stores nearby, plus a grocery store just across the street. The hotel serves a delicious Japanese-style buffet breakfast. There’s a self-service laundry, and during lunch and evening hours, complimentary drinks and snacks are available. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is standard by Japanese hotel standards — clean and everything worked perfectly. And as a bonus, there’s a Japanese-style sauna on the lower floor!

✅ Access & location, really close to JR NishiKawaguchi, many affordable restaurants, supermarkets and konbinis around. We decided to cancel another and rebook this hotel due to this ✅ Bathtub & coffee machine in the room! Perfect! ✅ Even if we need no room cleaning, they still provide fresh towels, bathrobe and other amenities in a bag and put it in front of the room. ✅ Luggage storage. We could send and keep our luggage here (without charge) prior and between our stays. ✅ Breakfast is provided, though kinda practical (set on a tray per room)
