Not in front of the sea but VERY near. The host is very helpful and friendly and there is a nice , shared swimming pool. Also, I am always happy to find places that accept pets, I went with my two dogs without problem. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and everything looks new, even the extra touches like coffee maker and liquidiser.

As soon as you walk in the front door, you know you are visiting a home and you feel it. The decorations are gorgeous, the entire place is extremely clean, especially after a long day of travel we all immediately felt relaxed.. The neighborhood is wonderful. There are places to eat and buy food within walking distance. The beach is an easy stroll about a block away. Lots of fresh air and airflow if you want it, excellent air conditioning if you don't. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Beautiful property right on the beach! It has a wonderful 2nd floor pool deck with loungers and an area with loungers and beds right on the beach with service from the restaurant. You get a 15% discount at the restaurant and sister restaurant, Almedia. Both were nice meals with great waterfront views. The staff were very professional and helpful. Overall a great stay.

    Wonderdul 100y old house rwnovated, with great size rooms, high 12 ft ceilings, parking at the back. Service was super good. one block from shore and 2 blocls from the MALECON PROGRESO, main plave for enjoying sunsets, great views, restaurants, marquesitas street cars, the meteor museum.... !!! The hotel has a small pool clean and fresh. Very recommended place in the nice and old Progreso town (founded in 1871 !!!)

    Lots of parking on site. Very accommodating staff. Our original room was very noisy due to construction across the street. They were able to move us to the other side of the building. This was very much appreciated! The on-site restaurant was excellent. The portions were huge.

    The building was beautiful, food and service excellent. close to the beach and a fun bar-restaurant across the street on the beach. walking distance to the Malecon with all of the shops and fun. Netflix was my sons favorite part of the hotel after no TV at the others. Safe parking and pretty pool.
