The friendly host and clean room condition

Beautifully maintained with lovely flowers and potted plants throughout.

The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful! Great location and price!

It was close to town but far enough away to be quiet. Well stocked for cooking and coffee

I had some questions before arrival and the owner/manager replied immediately with very complete answers. He was very sincere about making our stay in his hotel and the Hobbiton area as wonderful as possible with great recommendations for travel, food, and coffee.

There was attention to detail and everything was well thought out. There was everything I needed in the B&B.

Absolutely loved the house, was very spacious and clean, close proximety to the shops, a very beautiful home. Bed was comfortable and had a peaceful sleep i wish we had stayed longer.

Private stand alone unit down the back..

Everything thought about nothing too much trouble stayed two nights felt like I had been away a week. Tucked in behind the main house tranquil secure comfortable. Close to central town walking distance to squash club coffee shops restaurants. Lovely hosts super accommodating. HIghly recommend.

I have answered all these questions, but don't know if you received my answers as my computer lost all power. Our time at Hazel's was really good, we were even able to use the outdoor area which was great. Loved the decor and the organised kitchen which had a plunger coffee which my Husband really enjoyed using, especially as you had some coffee for him to use. The biscuits were higher standard than the average rooms we had been before. As having driven for a few hours, the walk in shower was of a great comfort to us,

I really like this property and it's location. The area is convenient, quiet, and seems like a great place for a family. The property itself meets our needs.
