Our hostess, Claire, is a bit of an idealist endeavoring to create a real Ifugao experience for her guests. The guesthouse is situated outside the city center which makes it relatively peaceful. Claire is building a new kitchen and plan to offer traditional dishes. In the meantime Jose brings and picks up guests to/from restaurants in town. He is also a great driver and guide. We were treated very well by Claire and Jose!

The view is truly breathtaking and one of the local guides lives right next door, so you can start your local exploration directly from your villa. I especially liked Rita's rice from the restaurant and got to practice some local traditions in the evening. Felt like we were a part of the family rather than guests during the stay.

    The location is amazing, after a 5min walk from the parking lot you come to a small, cozy hut with a breathtaking view! The food was home cooked and tasted amazing. Staff super super friendly!
