Perfect location for us. We has a lay over from the Airport UAE and we wanted somewhere close to Therme and the airport and this place was perfect.

New Villa gear facilities. You have everything you need for a good relaxing vacation.8 minutes from Therma Bucharest, 10 minutes to the airport 25 minutes to the center (when there is no traffic). Penny 5 minutes.

Wow, Valentin was on point. Great host throughout the reservation. I've been staying in hotels for 1.5 yrs total, but this place is unique, clean , peaceful, and close to the airport. Strongly recommended. Thx and God bless.

Great stay! The room was clean, with a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. Self check-in was easy, parking was available on the private road, and plenty of coffee was provided. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

The garden was beautiful designed and the location in a green, peaceful neighborhood. Everything was clean and the hosts offered assistance with anything needed, even offered children activity packs. We were made to feel like home.

Everything. It was clean, cosy with beautiful countryside view. Big parking in front of the property. Location is spot on, Therme is really close, there is all kind of shops and public transport which are 5 min walking distnce.

A modern apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are in good condition. The shops are very close - 10 minutes walking. Perfect if you decide to sped a couple of days in Terme Bucuresti.

The room is snug, inviting, and adorable! Close to the Therme, perfect for late check-ins and Therme-goers.

The apartment is excellent, really close to the thermal baths, and it has everything — great air conditioning in every room. We simply enjoyed every second in the apartment. Highly recommended.

Great place, quiet and peaceful, very clean. Big kitchen with all you need downstairs. The owners were super nice and always ready to help! We had 3 amazing days at Therme, which is 6-7 min by car from the house. It's a rural area, very pleasant for evening walks after dinner in the fields, on sunset ☺️ If you are looking for a quiet hotel with a very good price, minutes from Therme- this is your place! We will definitely come again with the kids!

Everything was great - the hotel is at a high level, clean, comfortable, and with a pleasant atmosphere. A special thanks to the reception team: Cristi and Alexandra, who handle all requests quickly and professionally. You can really feel the care for guests. Also, there is a nice restaurant on the ground floor with very tasty food.

Very nice little property, very clean and with all extras you need: slippers, free sweets and drinks. I also had a great chat with the owner Vladimir who was an excellent host. Only a 10-minute walk to the departures terminal.
