We came in very late after a long drive but we're still met but a helpful smiling face. Cabin was clean and ready for us. Very silent and tranquil environment. Incredibly soft linens, good quality pillow and blanket. It's those little things that bring up the standard of a place 😊

It’s so wonderful to have met such a beautiful soul in the heart of Phuket Island. Upon check-in, we already knew that we would be in excellent hands. Oy did a sensational job in arranging all of our accommodations including our hotel stay, hotel to airport transportation and especially our elephant experience. Her level of professionalism far exceeds typical customer care. She treated each and every one of us like her family. She literally made it her mission to guarantee us having the most amazing time in Thailand. I have traveled to many places, and I haven’t yet met a concierge staff that can match Oy’s standards. She really is the personification of customer service. Her level of care is second to none as she single-handedly made sure my family had the best Thai experience. Apartment is quite big. Not crowded, clean beach.

Great place, really clean and comfortable, the people here are very private, the residents and other guests did not make any loud noises, everyone respects their neighbors’ privacy. Great location, too, you can easily walk out to the beach to do sunbathe or watch sunset. Not to mention the swimming pool access room (also jacuzzi) on the 1st floor, we love it!!! There’s even a gym, for those who wants to burn some calorie during the stay and a massage stall right at the beach. Also, you can call nearby local restaurants, they also do deliveries to Baan Mai Khao and there are two 7-eleven nearby and they are not too far (by car or by motorcycle). Lastly, the host, Marcus & Kazuko are very nice, they always promptly answer to your inquiries. All and all, we will definitely come back :)
