This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and I’ll keep a very nice memory of my time here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and a modern bathroom. The rooftop pool was a highlight — great views, a poolside bar, and a very relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also offers a gaming room with a PlayStation, 8-ball pool, table tennis, and other games. The gym is well equipped, and the restaurant serves high-quality food with very friendly and helpful staff. A huge plus was the unlimited access to filtered drinking water, which none of our other stays in Thailand provided.

Amazing stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful, pool area is fantastic and the staff are amazing. Top marks. Ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 5. Restaurants are very good as well. Even i have checked out and was told I was more than welcome to enjoy the pool and shower facilities until I need to grab my departing flight in the evening. The little touches from housekeeping also i appreciated. Even folding laundry i had left on the floor, room spotless every day. Bed was comfier than my own bed at home. Beautiful shower and bathroom. Bottled drinking water replenished every day. 10/10. Ive already recommended this hotel to my friends and family. Will 100% stay here again. Thankyou

Beautiful and peaceful resort surrounded by lush greenery. The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming and always helpful, which made the stay particularly enjoyable. The location on the island is lovely and relaxing. The sea was not at its best during our stay, but this is completely understandable given the monsoon season. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay and unwind.

The rooms are clean and spacious, have all the necessities. The location is close from the main street but it's very quiet at night. Moreover, the price is very competitive for the area.

It was our first holiday in Thailand and my wife´s birthday. Before going to Phi Phi, we stayed in a room with room access! Really awesome. And when we returned from Phi Phi, of course we chose Tide, the same hotel, because of the staff, breakfast, and facilities. I´m sorry I forgot the names. But the Mr. that helped us with the luggage was very kind, as was the lady who booked the boat transfer and the restaurant staff. Everybody with exceptional treatment. Thank you very much. I left the hotel very sentimental. I love Thailand.

Clean, comfortable, and nice services

It was a lovely experience. The common area, the pool area was spacious and great, made a lot of friends during may stay. They serve complimentary breakfast in the morning and coffee till 15:00, the coffee was really good. The place was centrally located and there is a Night Market right outside the premises on Wed/Thursday/Friday.

Cozy and perfect for my family. Laundry availability was a plus for us.

Everything was perfect! The team from Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping were super friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food was delicious and decently priced. The hotel provides a self service laundry room with new equipment which works with coins and in there you can also get free drinking water (apart from the bottles they leave in your room). The room was really comfortable and that bed was the best one so far in my trips.

The location is okay as we only stay one night and flying out the next morning

Good clean room, facilities are quite new. Common sharing space, wet kitchen & washing machine area. The room at back side of the building is good & quiet.

I think the pics in booking.com are made with AI hahaha! Nothing to do with reality... Still was a very clean place, great located close to the old town. . there is a big dorm with around 10 beds each one isolated from the other and with a really thick blanket because by night with the AC it can get reeeeally cold. In the common area u find the lockers, a washing machine, water boiler, microwave and filter water. Even though the pictures are very different to reality if u are traveling on a budget I still recommend this place
