My wife and four of her friends (a group of 5 women) had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rumet Paşa Konağı in Mardin. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout their entire stay — always ready to give advice, directions, and support when needed. They stayed in a very spacious and comfortable room, which was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. One of the highlights of their stay was the terrace with a breathtaking view over the city. It was the perfect place to relax, especially during sunrise and sunset. Another unforgettable aspect was the breakfast. It was truly exceptional — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality, and delicious items were served every morning. Everything was beautifully presented and the taste was absolutely gourmet level. It was clear that a lot of care and thought was put into both the selection and the preparation. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm, authentic, and welcoming. It’s a place that reflects the true spirit of Mardin — full of history, charm, and genuine hospitality. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rumet Paşa Konağı to anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality experience in Mardin. It’s more than just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel truly taken care of.

The staff are great, they were very kind and helpful especially Lukman and Zhuhal, they were very welcoming and supportting. The only tricky part was the way to the hotel was a little tricky, otherwise it was a great experience.

I’m in the food and beverage business so I know good genuine service when I do get it. From the moment we walked in the rec326 we were welcomed with a smile and kindness from sada, she was an amazing host I can go on and on and mind you we only stayed here for one night. The room was immaculate, very clean and well designed. We will be back and definitely share with all my friends and family.

We LOVED our stay at Zerzevan Hotel! What a jewel in the city of Mardin. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! We could only stay one night and wish we could stay much longer. If this place is available when you are visiting Mardin, book it! It is small so it is personal, quaint, and so lovely.

The staff is generally helpful, although no English is spoken, communication is done with translator. I ask to change my room the second night and they accommodate my request. Close to hotel there is an square with free parking available.

    Room was incredible. The view of the Mesopotamian fields is out of this world, both from the room and from the rooftop restaurant. The hotel has parking both in front of the hotel and in the back The one in the back is a bit hard to access however the hotel valet was great to help with parking there Also, parking is safe. The internet was surprisingly good. If you want to visit Mardin its definitely the best choice
