I traveled from KY to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery. The night after my procedure at 1 am I needed toilet paper and a few other thing and the overnight receptionist, Melissa, was amazing. She got everything I needed and was so kind.

    Easy to locate, good neighborhood, big space for free parking, good simple breakfast. Big room, comfortable and warm. Clean common areas and room/bathroom. A bit pricey compared to other basic hotels but it seems to be in a pricey area so we can understand that. Reception people weren't that pleasant but not rude either - gave out complete info of the hotel facilities so that was helpful.

    This was the best hotel stay my family and I have ever had. Everything was top notch, from the parking lot to the front desk to the room. Superior customer service. Shai, is a true professional. Drury is very blessed and fortunate to have her as part of their team. If you live in Cleveland or visiting Cleveland, the Drury hotel in Beachwood is the best place to stay. We will definitely be back.

    The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. The television and Wifi service better than at most of the competitors. I also appreciated that there were numerous surveillance cameras outside monitoring the parking lots.
