The lady who serves breakfast in the morning is so nice and she goes out of her way to make sure everything is fine I really appreciate her service also the guards at the front desk treat me as if I lived there I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Very clean, rooms are modern & everything worked great. Smoking rooms++

The property was exactly as described, no false advertisement whatsoever, please go check them out! The hospitality and the cleanliness of the hotel couldn’t be enough. My stay was awesome and I’ll most definitely book again.

property was lovely. clean beautiful, natural lighting, convenient quiet location, very safe. fantastic host will definitely stay again

The property was very spacious… even bigger than we’d expected. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything we could think of… as was the rest of the home. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful as well!

I love the whole atmosphere of this hotel. Everyone was friendly. Doniesha and her staff was especially friendly in the cafe area. Nice and clean and organized. Ty for the fresh decaf..

Amazing location connected to everywhere in NYC . Very clean and tidy. Host was responsive & helpful. Very comfortable & Homy.

The location being next door to the Apollo Theater was a real treat.Entering the 5th floor check in,I felt transported to a modern Harlem Renaissance period. The atmosphere was warm, stylized, classy, uplifting and party-esque. What a way to start the trip. Also, the front desk staff was wonderful in having the room decorated for my moms bday prior to check in. Easy access to subway and lots of nearby shopping (Trader Joes,Whole Foods, Target, CVS, MAC cosmetics, etc).

Mario was a great host. The apartment was fantastic… very spacious. Mario went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were taken care of. I highly recommend this booking!

The location was good and room was clean and comfortable

I like the peace nature of hotel. Cleanliness

Amazing food! Breakfast and the restaurant very pleased food is so important on sight

Great, helpful and welcoming reception team. Good location. If you don’t want to drive by car to NY city there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. 158 - takes you directly to the city center. If you take 165- on the way back you can stop to enjoy sunset in the Old Glory Park it’s really stunning location. It has parking - 18$ which is actually lower than average other hotels are offering. Room was comfortable and cleaned every day. Good breakfast and lots of options to eat out around the hotel. We would come back, thank you for your hospitality!

The real stone used in the bathroom!

The property was very clean and accommodating.

Charming charming room with view of Madison Ave. Easy access to Bemelmans bar.

I love the location, which is very close to the subway stop and Central Park, and only a shortish walk to Lincoln Center. There is also a good selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room is nice and spacious and clean, and it was great to have the kitchen facilities although I only used them to make tea and coffee.
