The staff! Wonderful people...they truly care and appreciate their guests. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are happy. The room is great...roomy, comfortable and very nicely decorated, from the king bed to the brick walls....very elegant, but not stuffy. The location is near everything and the water view is beautiful. They truly represent what Long Island...a warm, welcoming place. We were there during a snow storm. They cleared the parking lot AND each of the cars that were in the lot! How great is that! Wonderful place to stay!

This was a wonderful place EXCEPT the $12 per day parking charge that BOOKING did not tell us about. VERY unhappy about nthat. I would like a $24.00 refund check right a way!
