The shuttle driver (lady with long hair) was fantastic. She helped me with 2 very heavy bags and even got a cart when we arrived at the hotel. At breakfast, when the room was full and tables needed to be cleared, the management jumped in supporting the wait-staff. Excellent teamwork! Of course the breakfast was well presented and delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you all!

After 4 months in Mexico, I loved: the shower! It worked, with hot water and pressure! Used their shampoo and conditioner. The AC was fabulous. Use the fitness center to walk off my McDonalds (across the road) dinner. There's a pool too. The breakfast had cereal options, and milk and yogurt. (Also bagels, coffee.) The shuttle guy took me to the post office for an errand I had to do. They let me have a late check out for my afternoon flight. Close to the DFW airport but I didn't hear a single plane. I loved this place so hard I now have "road trip" on my bucket list.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The PLUS was the airport shuttle with the extra shuttle to take to local restaurants in the area. We will always stay here when we fly into DFW for that reason and because it had everything we needed!

Our party was caught up in the Christmas American Airlines nightmare. Our connecting flight was canceled. Stuck in Dallas. Booked a room here and staff were EXTREMELY accommodating. So nice and understanding. We stayed 2 nights and made new friends.

The breakfasts were wonderful! Karen, who ran the breakfast service was amazingly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with making the waffles for us and assisting in any way she could. She was just an outstanding employee in terms of all of our interactions with her.

This is a great location wonderful restaurant right next door you can walk to eat and relax knowing you don’t have to get back on the road to go somewhere to eat.
