Absolutely everything The style is beautiful and the hotel is extremely clean. Parking is a breeze, and valet is available. Customer service is wonderful and unpretentious, I enjoyed being greeted by Jacob in the hall on my way for my morning coffee! Location is top-notch that alone is a reason to stay here. Plenty of entertainment around, walking distance to the historic shops and next-door to the train station. Rooms are clean and the beds are actually comfortable. Food options are endless, without you even needing to leave the hotel. The adjacent food hall is next level convenience. Plus the hotel restaurant is good ! I’m not really big on reviews but this establishment 100% deserved it. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and showing me that customer service isn’t dead.

We arrived very late and was lost. Dominique was fantastic. I asked for help and she went above and beyond her required duties. I will remember her and this location.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. The PLUS was the airport shuttle with the extra shuttle to take to local restaurants in the area. We will always stay here when we fly into DFW for that reason and because it had everything we needed!

Overall this is a wonderful property for the price. Everything was clean, room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a waffle house pretty much in the parking lot. This is just a mile or so from bass pro shop. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you missed your flight and need somewhere to get a good night's rest!

The breakfasts were wonderful! Karen, who ran the breakfast service was amazingly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with making the waffles for us and assisting in any way she could. She was just an outstanding employee in terms of all of our interactions with her.
