Loved the location, roominess and totally relaxing atmosphere. We ate majority of our meals on the lanai. The host was amazing and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved having the pool practically all to ourselves everyday! Loved the rec room where we played pool and ping pong with our kids every night. There was a beach chest on the front lanai was had beach chairs, boogie boards, flippers (we added goggles and snorkels, beach umbrellas and two coolers!

This is a great corner apartment with an ocean view! It was homey, and the hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Good location! We did not use them, but grills and lots of outdoor seating if you wanted to stay in and cook out. Lots of people staying in the community were always out together in the evening eating dinner. If we stayed longer, it would have been another good amenity to use.

Loved the whole bohemian vibe Everything needed was there. We had an infant with us and there were high chair, play mats, toys everything. Kitchen was well equipped. We prepared two meals everyday and the dining area was minimal & perfect for 6 of us. Everything was just 5-10 mins drive.

    Everything was just perfect! Location is great! Free parking slot. Well equipped condo, we travel a lot and this one was the best in our entire life! It has everything we needed: coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, beach equipment. The bed was very comfortable. We traveled in three and there was enough space for everybody. The host was very nice and the communication was great! If we were back to Big Island, we would stay in Halualoa Garden for sure!

    Our host kept a clean and tidy place. Our car parking spot was protected and safe. She was readily available in the days and hours prior to our arrival to answer questions about the local area. We were just there for a place to sleep and this fit the bill well. There is an open lot next to the building, and the goats were bleating while clearing the overgrowth for their dinner. It was a pleasant sound in an otherwise built up area!
