We loved the property! The staff were very nice and helpful! They had breakfast n supper for us included with our stay! Both of which were delicious I might add! Our room was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable! We were so close to all the good restaurants the move n literally across the street from a Whole Foods! It made our time in Metairie so nice being so close to everything!

    The facilties are nice and kept clean. Lots of parking. Easy to get to from the service road and also from Veterans Highway via the Rouses parking lot to the back parking lot. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. There are two sets of buildings connected by a covered walk from the main building to the three story annex where the pool is.

    Perfect hotel location if you're going to an USCIS appointment, it's a less than a minute ride to their Metairie location. Friendly staff, on site PC and printer, tidied up lobby, right sized parking lot and an IHOP right next door.

    The guy at the desk was friendly, helpful and personal. The location was great, as we wanted to be close to new Orleans, but not IN it. The lighted parking lot was nice and bright, and we felt totally safe. The bathroom was nice and big, as well as the whole room.

    When we got to our room there was blood on the sheets. However, the lady at the desk was very apologetic and got us a room on a different floor which had clean sheets. The parking lot was well lit and seemed to be safe.
