I thought I was getting a whirlpool and was upset about the misunderstanding

The room I had was very nice.. freshly renovated and upgraded.. it was very quiet and pleasant.. Heat worked well.

The room was clean and does not have a smell. The bathroom was renovated (I think) and it complimented the unit. The staff was friendly and they upgraded me to a King bed.

The house has everything in it that you could need. We had a large group of 10 and the house easily accommodated it.

Clean and convenient to the highway. The office chairs in the room were very comfortable.

The apartment was neat and clean. The beds slept very well & comfy. Well stocked with dry goods & condiments. Many pots & pans, drink ware & plates to use. The owner was communicative and pleasant. Loved that the grocery store & restaurants were in walking distance. Very quiet neighborhood.

Super friendly front desk staff! Allowed me to check in early with no extra fee. Room was simple but nice

Great neighborhood, no noise and very clean ! Would most definitely be back and recommend with my family , friends , etc .

It was very cute with all the Chicago decor. There were towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap all ready there to use. There was plenty of hot water to allow 3 people to shower in the morning without running out. While the bedrooms were on the small size the beds were comfortable. The living room was nice with a sofa and armchair. When questions arose my messages were answered promptly. Located in a quiet neighborhood.

It is a very nice house, clean and new. Everything very easygoing! Also the hosts are very kind, I definitely recommend the stay. There’s a train station 10min away walking.

Location! Walk to shops and dining in a very safe environment. I love older hotels with character and this one had it without feeling old.

The staff was exceptional. They were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Roberto assisted me & he was so kind, prompt, and efficient. The rooms were well cleaned, no complaints.

Beautifully redone home, great neighborhood

It was very close to where I was visiting. Everything was fine. I enjoyed my visit very much as I always did. wnen I stayed at the Sheraton.

I loved the location and how clean it was.

Everything was convenient and easy

Close to airport, clean, reliable staff, noon checkout. Worth the stay.

Everything was nice and comfortable we were in town for my grandfathers funeral 💔
