Very engaging, friendly - they really made us feel welcome. The bedrooms were all very nicely furnished, comfortable, with a great standard of linen, sheets, etc. The view across the street was very quaint. For those with sensitive hearing, please beware the church which is very close by. A lovely building oozing character, accompanied by bells around 6am - a good wake up call if you sleep with the window open! We also dined in the Gasthaus Rössle and the food was excellent. Again, great service with excellent cuisine.

Cosy hotel with a nice little spa, spotlessly clean, and an excellent breakfast! And when I say ‘excellent,’ I really mean it - it could easily compare with any premium hotel I’ve stayed at before. Thanks to the courtesy of the staff, the surprise for my boyfriend’s present was arranged, which made our stay even better! Highly recommend!

The property was kept clean and was a nice refuge after a long day of hiking. Our room was also comfortable owing to a ventilation system that actively dehumidified the bathroom — a nice touch during the summer months! As far as the service, all the staff at Ursprung were very nice and excited to see us. Our breakfast was excellent and personalized, and the hotel manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!
