We had the chance to stay in stayed in both the villa and a chalet. Each was spotless, spacious and clearly brand new. so we were able to experience both. After camping in the bush for 3 nights, it was a treat to relax in such a clean and quiet setting. The restaurant on the water was so charming and the food was clearly prepared with love and intention. What truly made our stay special was the staff. We really got to know them, which really enhances the experience. They quickly learned our names, were incredibly accommodating, and always happy to engage—whether answering questions or simply chatting. The owner of the property was frequently on site, a clear sign of the dedication that goes into running this property.

Chimney and his wife are some of the most welcoming and kind-hearted people we have ever met. Because of travel delays, we arrived much later than expected, but they were incredibly gracious—they stayed up late just to welcome us and even had a delicious warm meal waiting for us upon arrival. That level of care is so rare and was exactly what we needed after a long journey. ​ ​The inn itself is a sanctuary. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to unwind. The amenities are wonderful and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. ​ ​We spent New Year’s with Chimney and his family, and it was a truly special experience that we will cherish. Their warmth turned a simple holiday into a core memory of our trip to Botswana. ​ I cannot recommend Destiny Blo Inn enough. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with hosts who go above and beyond, this is the place. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Botswana!

He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Hope to see you again!!!

Located in Kasane and with Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park reachable within 6 km, Jackalberry Chobe provides express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Jackalberry is right next to the water- that’s why I selected it. However the staff and service was amazing.
