Our host was friendly and on hand when we arrived, the studio was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Our only regret was we should of stayed another day to explore the area.

The Old Town Flat combines a historic building in the city centre of Murten with a stylish, modern apartment including a fully equipped kitchen, a garden terrace and free WiFi. Fabulous. Comfortable for two. Loved the balcony and the natural garden. Loved being close to the ramparts on a stunning typically picturesque street. The location is a few metres to shops and restaurants. Christian was a warm and welcoming owner/host with NZ connections, which made us feel special. Can highly recommend.

The apartment was amazing with a panoramic view over the lake of Murten from the living area as well as the bedroom. It had everything we needed and more. Great location, great architecture, great views. Bonus: There was free still and sparkling filtered water provided by a very nice "Aquarello" device.
