Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Convenient and beautiful location, clean and comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a tasty breakfast (I especially recommend trying their homemade bircher muesli). Overall it was an amazing stay and I can 100% recommend this hotel for all your visits to Luzern.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.
