All accommodations are great. Excellent comfort, cleanliness and space. We spent our stay in winter and both the room cooling and hot water worked perfectly providing comfort even on the coldest days. But the highlight of the stay was the hospitality of the staff and all the help they provided. Even though we don't speak Chinese, the team was able to provide us with all the help we needed, such as travel, information about local attractions and even food delivery. Our experience was undoubtedly unique and unforgettable.
