Location is in the old town, easy to wandering around. Staff are very friendly and helpful even some cannot speak English. Facility is excellent although a small hotel but has heater futon and toilet seat so you can have a good night sleep and enjoy your toilet time without dusturbing from the cold weather. Breakfast is simple and serve with local variety of buns and bread with butter and jam, also come with boiled or fried egg as you wish. Apple and snack are available throughout the day.

The manager, Ling Ling, is extremely helpful, friendly and passionate. She went out of her way to help us organize our outings, helped us book train tickets and suggested activities for us. She made our stay extra special. I love it that the hotel is in a historic building and the location is incredible. It is right in the heart of Nanping Pedestrian Street and Flower market. Lots of activities the moment we stepped the hotel. A-star for cleanliness. The staff will brew a nice herbal tea and a bowl of fruits, which is a very nice touch.

Located in the heart of Kunming, Cachet Boutique Kunming Artime 昆明彩云里凯世精品酒店 features lavish guestrooms with elegant and comfortable interiors. Staff were very helpful and professional. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Room was spacious and clean with updated facilities. They also provided us afternoon tea. Location was excellent as it was close to restaurants and train stations. I will definitely stay there next time if I go to Kunming again.
