She has the kindest manner and such a home and artistic vibe she gave to the place. I loved the place; clean ,calm,convenient and aesthetically and artistically pleasing.

A very nice hotel, the room was big, very comfortable and clean. I was surprised that the hotel room was actually just like in the pictures, you can also wash laundry there if needed. There was also a very convenient place for the luggage so it wont be on the floor. I will use this hotel again next time when visiting Hangzhou!

She even gave me a small gift for Women’s Day. It truly warms my heart that someone with such passion and love wants to pamper us. She makes the entire breakfast herself—super fresh and absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we hope to return soon. It was simply fantastic!

There is the Lingyin Temple tourist area next door with lots of facilities and good transport links. Our favourite place to stay on our journey is - we’ll be back!
